Refund policy

returns

if a book isn't right, you can return it within 15 days of delivery
for a full refund. it should come back in the condition it arrived.
email stephen@changberger.com first and we'll send you the return
address. 

refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business
days of the book arriving back with us.

damaged or misprinted

if a book shows up damaged or misprinted, email
stephen@changberger.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo.
we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you'd like.

holiday gifts

anything ordered between november 1 and december 20 can be
returned through january 15.
